I am a dedicated mental health professional with expertise in addressing a spectrum of mental health issues and substance abuse. Specializing in Borderline Personality Disorder, addiction, and trauma, I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Holding a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University, I am also certified in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). My therapeutic approach encompasses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and family-oriented methods. Additionally, I integrate Gottman's principles and attachment theory into my practice. Upon request, I provide faith-based counseling, offering a comprehensive and compassionate approach to support individuals on their journey to mental well-being.
